Agreement to Terms

Welcome to eljl. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and eljl ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the eljl website located at eljl.cam and all associated mobile applications, services, and gaming products (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, placing bets, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from creating an account.

eljl operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is authorized to offer online gaming services to eligible players within the Philippines. All gaming activities on the eljl Platform are subject to Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a User upon registration with eljl, which allows access to the Platform's gaming services and features.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on any gaming product offered by eljl, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, slots, bingo, and specialty games.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by eljl to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Platform" means the eljl website at eljl.cam, mobile applications, and all associated services, software, and gaming products.
• "User" or "Player" means any individual who registers an account, accesses the Platform, or uses any services provided by eljl.
• "Deposit" means the transfer of funds from a User to their eljl Account balance using authorized payment methods.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a User's eljl Account balance to their designated payment account.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by eljl and mandated by PAGCOR regulations, which may include submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and other documentation.

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account, access the Platform, or participate in any gaming activities offered by eljl. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. eljl reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

The eljl Platform is intended exclusively for users physically located within the Philippines at the time of account registration and during all gaming activities. You represent and warrant that you are a Philippine resident or citizen and that you are accessing the Platform from a location within Philippine territory. Use of VPN services, proxy servers, or other tools to mask your true location is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Legal Capacity

By using the Platform, you represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement and are not restricted or prohibited from gambling under Philippine law or any other applicable jurisdiction. You further represent that you are not self-excluded from gambling services and have not been diagnosed with gambling addiction or related disorders that would impair your judgment regarding gaming activities.

2.4 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are prohibited from creating accounts or using eljl services:

• Individuals under 21 years of age
• Employees, directors, or affiliates of eljl or its parent companies
• Immediate family members of eljl employees (spouses, children, siblings, parents)
• Individuals who have been self-excluded from gambling services
• Persons residing outside the Philippines
• Individuals prohibited from gambling by court order or legal restriction
• Persons who have previously had accounts closed by eljl for Terms violations

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access gaming services on the eljl Platform, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Required information includes your full legal name, date of birth, registered Philippine mobile number, email address, residential address, and any other information requested by eljl for KYC compliance purposes.

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) account. Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Account Verification

eljl is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all Users. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence), and additional documentation as requested. Verification may be required before your first withdrawal or at any time during your use of the Platform. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by eljl may result in account restrictions or closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account. You must:

• Create a strong password containing uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters
• Never share your password with any third party
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when offered by the Platform
• Immediately notify eljl customer support of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Log out of your account when using shared or public computers

eljl will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or phone call. Any such requests should be immediately reported to our security team.

3.4 Account Accuracy

You must ensure that all information provided to eljl remains accurate and current at all times. You are required to update your account information promptly if your contact details, address, or other personal information changes. eljl reserves the right to suspend or close accounts containing inaccurate or outdated information.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Deposit Methods

eljl accepts deposits through authorized payment methods including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers to Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and others), and over-the-counter payments at designated locations. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your account status and payment method selected.

4.2 Deposit Processing

E-wallet deposits (GCash, Maya) are typically processed instantly and appear in your account balance within seconds. Bank transfers may take 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the sending bank's processing time. Over-the-counter payments are processed within 15-30 minutes after verification of payment receipt. eljl does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may impose transaction charges.

4.3 Source of Funds

All funds deposited to your eljl account must originate from legitimate sources. You represent and warrant that all deposited funds are obtained legally and are not the proceeds of criminal activity, money laundering, or terrorist financing. eljl reserves the right to request documentation proving the source of your funds and to report suspicious transactions to PAGCOR and relevant authorities.

4.4 Third-Party Deposits Prohibited

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (funds from accounts not in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be rejected or returned. Accounts found to be accepting third-party deposits may be suspended or permanently closed.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Process

Users may withdraw funds from their eljl account balance at any time, subject to completion of identity verification (KYC) and fulfillment of any applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, or to an alternative method approved by eljl. The minimum withdrawal amount is Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱200).

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

eljl processes withdrawal requests as follows:

• GCash/Maya withdrawals: Processed within 15 minutes for amounts under ₱50,000
• Bank transfers: Processed within 24 hours during business days
• Large withdrawals: Amounts exceeding ₱100,000 may require additional processing time (up to 72 hours) and enhanced verification

Processing times begin after eljl approves your withdrawal request. Delays may occu r due to payment provider delays, public holidays, or additional verification requirements.

5.3 Withdrawal Requirements

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification by submitting valid government-issued identification and proof of address. All bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawing bonus-related winnings. eljl reserves the right to request additional documentation or information before processing withdrawals.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

In accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements, eljl implements strict AML controls. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if we detect suspicious activity, unusual betting patterns, or potential violations of AML laws. Users must wager deposited funds at least once before withdrawal to comply with AML regulations.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

eljl may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Users at its sole discretion. Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and game restrictions. Each promotion's terms are clearly stated in the promotion description and must be read carefully before opting in.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called rollover or playthrough requirements) before winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must wager ten times the bonus amount before the bonus and associated winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration periods are specified in each promotion's terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

eljl strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other players to manipulate bonus conditions, using automated software or betting systems to exploit bonuses, or any other activity deemed by eljl to constitute unfair advantage or fraud. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be closed and all funds forfeited.

6.4 Bonus Modification and Cancellation

eljl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Active bonuses may be removed from your account if you are found to violate bonus terms or these general Terms and Conditions.

7. Betting Rules and Game Terms

7.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on the eljl Platform are binding once confirmed by the system. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your bet selections, stake amounts, and odds before confirming any wager. Bets cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed after confirmation except in cases of obvious technical errors acknowledged by eljl.

7.2 Bet Settlement

eljl settles all bets according to official results provided by authoritative sources. For sports betting, results are determined by official league or governing body announcements. For casino games, results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). In cases of disputed results, eljl's decision is final and binding.

7.3 Voided Bets

eljl reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions, duplicate bets caused by system errors, events cancelled or postponed beyond the specified time limit, or bets placed by restricted or self-excluded users. Voided bets return the original stake to your account balance.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

eljl may impose maximum payout limits on certain bet types, games, or sporting events. These limits are specified in the game rules or sport-specific betting rules. Any winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be reduced to the maximum allowable payout amount.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 Player Protection Commitment

eljl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. We provide tools and resources to help you maintain control over your gaming activities and recognize warning signs of gambling addiction. Gaming should be entertainment, not a source of income or financial stress.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Users who feel they are developing gambling problems may request self-exclusion from the eljl Platform for a specified period (6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanent). Self-exclusion requests must be submitted via email to our responsible gaming team. During the self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your account, place bets, or receive promotional communications. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the eljl Platform and may result in account closure, fund forfeiture, and legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or using false identities
• Depositing funds from sources other than your own accounts
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts
• Colluding with other players or engaging in syndicate betting
• Exploiting software bugs or system vulnerabilities
• Money laundering or using eljl for illegal financial transactions
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Accessing the Platform from restricted jurisdictions or using VPN/proxy services
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing customer service staff

10. Account Termination

10.1 Termination by User

You may close your eljl account at any time by contacting customer support. You must withdraw all remaining funds before account closure. Accounts with active bonuses, pending bets, or unresolved disputes cannot be closed until those matters are resolved.

10.2 Termination by eljl

eljl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: violation of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, multiple account creation, failure to complete KYC verification, suspicious betting patterns, or any conduct deemed detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.

10.3 Effects of Termination

Upon account termination, all pending bets will be voided, active bonuses will be forfeited, and your access to the Platform will be immediately revoked. eljl will return your withdrawable balance (excluding bonuses and winnings from voided bets) to your registered payment method within 30 business days, subject to completion of any required investigations.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability

While eljl strives to maintain continuous Platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. eljl is not liable for losses resulting from Platform downtime or service interruptions.

11.2 User Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and any losses incurred through use of the Platform. eljl does not guarantee winnings and is not responsible for poor betting decisions, misunderstanding of odds, or losses resulting from your gambling activities.

11.3 Liability Exclusions

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, eljl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited to your account in the six months preceding the claim.
